Schedule 10 tubes suit low-pressure, low-stress systems, while thick-wall tubes are built for high-pressure and high-temperature fluid and gas transport. Tubes can be hot or cold drawn — cold-drawn tubes offer a superior surface finish, high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.
